All items shown on our Crossing Days are subject to stock availability. We despatch all orders within 1-2 working days when placed, therefore we aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 2-5 working days, by Royal Mail First class or by our contracted courier services.
However, during sale or other busy season, or annual stock takes, you may expect to experience longer deliveries. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us via the Crossing Days contact page.
Orders can be delivered by the Express Delivery (if ordered by 12 noon) at an extra charge. Express deliveries will be despatched the same working day and normally arrive within 24 - 48 working hours. If ordered on a friday the package may arrive on monday, due to this is the next working day.
Should there have any unpredicted circumstances in transit, the orders are delayed and we appreciate your understanding. A signature may be requested on delivery for both standard and Express deliveries.
All Deliveries incl reed diffusers and candles or makeup brushes or other Crossing Days items are packed in the best possible materials to protect your items particularly reed diffusers and candles and the environment and should arrive in immaculate condition. Should you require special gift-wrapping services, please contact us on Crossing Days prior to placing the order.
If the parcel is out for the delivery when you are unable to receive it, it will be re arranged for the 2nd attempt or given the instruction for the collection. Until it is not picked up within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, the customer will have to pay the delivery costs again, or accept refunds minus delivery charge.
If you would want the order on Crossing Days to be delivered to a different place other than the invoice address, please add these instructions at the checkout. You may also add some additional information to help the courier find your delivery address.
Free deliveries are available for the order over GBP50 in the UK and GBP100 in EU and the rest of the world. Any order below will be charged at the standard delivery rate from Crossing Days.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely delighted with the reed diffusers or candles or other items, you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt of your order to Crossing Days. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused. Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.
You should inform Crossing Days when the reed diffusers or scented candles or other items are not received on time. We will be unable to refund any order after the deliveries are made. If you wish to return any reed diffusers or scented candles or other items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this. If the returned reed diffusers or scented candles or other items do not make it back to Crossing Days we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any reed diffusers or scented candles or makeup brushes or other items to us before contacting Crossing Days via email to inform us of any return as the process may take longer.
If you receive reed diffusers or scented candles or makeup brushes or other items damaged while in transit, please contact Crossing Days via email stating which item(s) has been damaged, your order reference and a photo(s) of the damage to your item(s). We shall then arrange your replacement to be sent again immediately.
If you want to add or reduce the order qty after dispatch, we will have to send the additional order as a separate delivery or you are expected to return the extra item for a refund.
Crossing Days aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights
Ordering and Payment
When you place your Order on Crossing Days we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. If the reed diffusers or scented candles or makeup brushes or other items is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the reed diffusers or scented candles or other items purchased. If the reed diffusers or scented candles or other items is not available we will also let you know by email.
Crossing Days may cancel any sale and not supply reed diffusers or scented candles or other items if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of reed diffusers or scented candles or other items at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the reed diffusers or scented candles or other items will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All new Orders on Crossing Days are deemed separate and each is treated individually. The price for each reed diffusers or scented candles or makeup brushes or other items is shown on Crossing Days exclusive of the delivery and packaging. We always try to make sure that the prices on Crossing Days are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the reed diffusers or scented candles or makeup brushes or other items in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the reed diffusers or scented candles or other items will be refunded in full. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.
Prices are quoted on Crossing Days in GBP - your credit card company may charge you for the exchange rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in GBP and Crossing Days cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations. You are also responsible for Import Duty/Tax in your countries if you want it to be delivered outside UK.
All the orders on reed diffusers or scented candles or other items need to be paid in full before it is delivered by credit card, debit card, cheque, money/postal order or bank transfer. Orders may be processed online on Crossing Days, or by telephone, using a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club) or debit card (Visa and Mastercard debit cards only). Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order. All order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the order differs.
